Description

Indulge in the delightful smoothness of Creamy Oatmeal, Almond, and Raspberry Verrines! This no-bake dessert combines velvety Greek yogurt with rolled oats, crunchy almonds, and tangy fresh raspberries for a refreshing treat. Perfect for sunny days or as a light conclusion to any meal, these verrines offer the ideal balance of creaminess and fruity sweetness in every spoonful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 30 g chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 150 g fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together 200 g of Greek yogurt, 40 g of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of honey, and half of the chopped almonds (15 g) until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold in 150 g of fresh raspberries, being careful not to overmix and crush the berries.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into four small jars or verrines, filling them to about 1 cm from the top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the oats to soften and for the mixture to thicken.
  5. Before serving, garnish each verrine with the remaining 15 g of chopped almonds and a few extra raspberries if desired.
