Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 250 g of pasta penne and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Taste a few minutes before the end.
- Sauté the sausages: While the pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 4 sausages de porc and cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned, turning occasionally.
- Make the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine 150 g of crème fraîche, 50 g of crème aigre, and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Mix until smooth.
- Combine the salad: Once the pasta is done, drain and rinse under cold water. Add pasta to the bowl with the sauce. Cut the cooked sausages into pieces and add them along with 100 g of halved cherry tomatoes and 100 g of chopped chives. Gently mix until everything is coated.
- Season: Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix gently again to ensure even distribution of flavors.
