Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g liquid cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, cream softened butter with icing sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, then gradually mix in the flour until combined. Form into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 5mm thick. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
- Melt dark chocolate with liquid cream in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
