- 600 g pommes de terre crémeuses
- 600 g pommes de terre fermes
- 400 g sauce tomate
- 1 cuillère à café herbes de Provence
- 150 g parmesan râpé
- 2 cuillères à soupe huile d'olive
- 1 gousse d'ail, émincée
- Sel, au goût
