Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g de chocolat noir
  • 100 g de Nutella
  • 100 g de beurre
  • 3 œufs large
  • 150 g de sucre
  • 125 g de farine tout usage
  • 50 g de chocolat noir

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt 200 g of chocolate noir with 100 g of beurre using a bain-marie or microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Combine 100 g of Nutella into the melted chocolate mixture. Add 3 œufs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to achieve a glossy texture.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm round cake pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains slightly wobbly.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Before serving, melt 50 g of chocolate noir and drizzle it over the cake.
