Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tasse farine d'amande
  • 1/2 tasse farine de tapioca
  • 1/2 tasse sucre
  • 2 oeufs
  • 1/4 tasse lait
  • 1 c. à café extrait de vanille
  • 1 c. à café levure chimique
  • 1/2 c. à café sel
  • 1/2 tasse chocolat noir, haché
  • 1/4 tasse crème liquide

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Grease a 12-cavity donut pan lightly with nonstick spray or oil.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, tapioca flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until combined. Pour this wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just until blended (no need to overmix).
  5. 5. Fill each cavity of the donut pan about three-quarters full.
  6. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. 7. Allow donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. 8. For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream together in a double boiler until smooth.
  9. 9. Dip each donut in the warm glaze and place back on the rack to set for a few minutes.
