- 2. Grease a 12-cavity donut pan lightly with nonstick spray or oil.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, tapioca flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until combined. Pour this wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just until blended (no need to overmix).
- 5. Fill each cavity of the donut pan about three-quarters full.
