Description

These Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough Bites are a healthier twist on traditional cookie dough, combining creamy Greek yogurt with rich nut butter and chocolate chips. They’re easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings guilt-free!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of honey, and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended, which should take about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in ¼ cup of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (if using). This should take another minute.
  3. Stir in 1–2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt. Taste the mixture to see if you want to add a bit more sweetness or salt.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. This should yield about 12-14 bites.
