  • 200 g crevettes décortiquées
  • 150 g champignons
  • 1 échalote, émincée
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 50 ml vin blanc sec
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d'herbes fraîches hachées (persil, estragon)
  • Sel, au goût
  • Poivre, au goût
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive

Instructions

Keywords: For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream and substitute half the cream with vegetable broth. If you prefer, substitute scallops with firm white fish fillets, ensuring to adjust the cooking time accordingly. Fresh herbs like dill or chives can also be used to vary the flavor profile. Serve with a crusty baguette to absorb the creamy sauce, or pair with a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
