Ingredients

Scale
  • 100 g flocons d’avoine rapides
  • 100 g flocons d’avoine entiers
  • 80 g beurre de cacahuète
  • 100 g raisins secs
  • 2 cuillères à soupe miel

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare them for mixing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 100 g of quick oats and 100 g of whole oats. Mix thoroughly to ensure an even blend.
  3. Add 80 g of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of honey to the oat mixture. Stir until you form a sticky, cohesive dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water.
  4. Fold in the 100 g of raisins until well-distributed throughout the mixture.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into balls, ensuring they hold together well. If they crumble, add a bit more peanut butter to help them stick.
  6. Place the formed balls in an airtight container. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days.
