- 4 œufs
- 1 c. à café extrait de vanille
- 1 c. à café bicarbonate de soude
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed and uniform in color.

- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently just until combined—do not overmix.
- Grease a 23×33 cm (9×13 inches) baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and level the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges pull slightly away from the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the bars cool in the pan for about 1 hour before slicing them into 16 equal portions.
- Store the cooled bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Keywords: You can substitute melted coconut oil with olive oil, though the flavor profile will change slightly. For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or chopped nuts to the mixture. If you prefer a sweeter bar, feel free to add a low-carb sweetener of your choice.
