Instructions

  2. Wash and peel the carrots. If they're large, slice them into halves or quarters lengthwise. For baby carrots, leave them whole.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Place the prepared carrots in a large mixing bowl. Pour the spicy honey mixture over them and toss until all the carrots are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. After 25 minutes, check the carrots for tenderness. They should be fork-tender and have a vibrant golden color. If they need more time, roast for an additional 5 minutes.
