- 2 cups Bisquick mix

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
