  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Drain the cottage cheese in a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or paper towels for at least 30-60 minutes.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese, egg white, nutritional yeast, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
  4. Drop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about an inch of space between each. Spread each dollop into a thin, even circle or oval shape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-90 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are firm, golden brown, and dry to the touch.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the baking sheets or transfer them to a wire rack.
